Jacob gave me the best rate out of all the lenders I spoke with in my search. In addition, he was very responsive to my questions, often calling and texting me about the ins and outs of process. Would highly recommend him!

Their online tool helped keep the process organized and the documents need to close in order. He took personal calls after hours to ensure the process closed in the expected time. I would recommend Jacob and his team to others.
