Communication and the overall help and knowledge Jacob gave me was great. Answered every question I asked, which was a lot! Had a wonderful experience and didn’t know it could be so smooth and easy.
Everything was quick and painless. The situation we were in, it had to move fast and Jacob got everything done for us and let me know if there was anything he needed from me in a quick manner.
