We had a not so great experience with our previous lender. Jacek worked out better rates for us and made the entire process pretty painless.
We were pleased to see the frequent updates while the loan was in underwriting process.
Final down payment was higher than originally anticipated. Closing costs were not completely communicated, ex: one year upfront insurance.
Great people to work with. Helped make the loan process a little less stressful.
