I think there were some steps of the process that could have been explained better but overall I'm very happy with my experience.

Closed a week early!
It was a little annoying uploading everything to the website only to get asked for it multiple times throughout the process
Better communication throughout the first 75-80% of the process. The processor is where I had most of my difficulties. Putting "away" notifications on his email, missing work, or just plain not communicating. Then when we would get communication...
