Every person I had through out the process was always very nice and energetic to talk to and I called a lot a never seemed to annoy anyone

Received clear to close and had to extend because you all didn't have your stuff together. We were on, then we were off, then we were on, ............ I think you should have had it together before issuing a clear to close.
