We purchased new construction and went with FBC because they offered a very nice closing incentive. Their employees were very professional and answered all of our questions. The process was very smooth and we are now first time homeowners!
Jorge kept us well informed through out the process with regular emails. When we had questions Jorge was available and answered our questions completely. All figures were accurate at closing.
