Slow or no responses. Our first home and we’re confused entire process. multiple files created by different team members, so documents were lost.

Coming from Latin America and experiencing the cultural shock makes me very approachable to our Hispanic community. This is because we are after the same American Dream. My goal is to help bilingual and non-bilingual borrowers with a personalized touch in their language of preference.
