Our loan was very difficult and took over 1 1/2 to close. Ian was very patience and persistent to get it done.
I was very worried about being buried in paperwork but Ian and his staff are very efficient and streamlined the process so it didn’t feel overwhelming.
Ian walked us through the process step by step. Really appreciated his efforts and time spent with us.
The Reverse Mortgage Company (The lender) was patheticly slow) I know it was Ian who diligently made this mortgage possible, but the lender was inconsiderate to him and us.
The Reverse Mortgage process was not a particularly good experience. Took over 3 months to fund! Wasn't Ian's fault but was extremely frustrating to have to wait so long. Maybe have the reverse mortgage people give a better list of items they...
