Ian ran the numbers and gave us lots of options all within our budget. Our previous experience the guys ran the numbers and the only other options he provided were out of our budget.

I liked how Ian was very personable. He was interested in our life and wanted to understand our full situation. We were a little complicated in our finances and he worked hard to get the loan processed quickly
