Ian was always there to explain anything and everything to us! He spent plenty of time off the clock talking to us and helping us out.

Ian is so amazing. He was with us and helped explain every step of the process and was so knowledgeable and treated us like friends, not just clients. I full plan on contacting him in the future for our home buying plans

Reverse mortgages are just hard to understand (for me at least) and thus the process was anxiety filled. Your explanations thru the process were invaluable.

The truth of how much I would be paying was always explained in full detail. By the end of it, my monthly payments were drastically lower as my credit improved enough to get a slightly better interest rate.
