Ian was very patient in running various scenarios for our financing needs. He was very quick in responding to our communications. He was prompt about getting our mortgage approved quickly once we settled on a property.

Please be open and honest with your clients throughout the entire process. Finding out that my closing might not go through the morning of just wasn't acceptable in my opinion. My closing day was very stressful, especially as a first time homebuyer....
