Not sure we were very frustrated by all the requirements for tracking the source of the money that we needed for closing Despite that Ian was very patient in explaining that these were requirement imposed by the government to stop money laundering....

Easy to work with and answered questions even when he was on vacation. One suggestion I would have is at closing to not have both seller and buyer conversations going on side by side, it was hard to hear. Maybe have them them at either end...
