    I had a very bad experience with Ian and Nova home loans. They left me without funding at the last minute which cost me thousands of dollars. They could not give me a good reason as to why. The loan officer I originally dealt with was awesome....

    Even though I work here, the process can be overwhelming, I feel they ask for what is needed, the system is user friendly and the process was quick and smooth.
