Ian helped us purchase an investment home that we bought with a 1031 exchange. It was so simple and stress free! The communication was great and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Ian and his team!

Throughout the entire process, Ian answered all of my calls and emails no matter what time of day or night. We had a tough transaction with many moving pieces and it all worked out due to his team being on top of it.

Professional staff with a sensitive heart to meeting your personal needs, not just driven by a 'quota' mindset. Have nothing negative to say about this organization. Thank you for your patience in explaining the process. Blessings.

Through no falt of yours I wish everyone didn't think that we all are computer experts. Not everyone has the devices or know how to handle everything that needs to be finished in a timely manner.
