Thank you Ryan. It's always a team effort and I'm glad you felt I did my part. I also strive to oversee the entire transaction personally and professionally. It's my OCD kicking in to make sure everything is perfect.
This was my first experience buying a home. Ian was always available and answered my question clearly and quickly.
