Hyamal was great during the whole application process. My wife and I feel so blessed that he is our loan officer and I will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a heloc, home equity loan or cash out refinance loan!

Communication was excellent, I knew exactly what was needed from me and by when. He answered all my questions. When the loan moved to the next person, Brandon, he introduced him to me and told me how to reach him. Very professional.

What was missing a list of what debts are going to be a pay off. Verbally just won't work, all conversation should be through email. I myself can't remember what someone said the day before. There were 2 people involved, too many.
