Jaime fought for us when the builder got real pushy. He prioritized us and reassured us that he had everything under control. He was responsive and always willing to help. It meant a lot to us.
Our Mortgage process went quickly and we had great customer service anytime we had questions!

Didn't speak with Hernan hardly ever . Mainly spoke with Jaime. would like for them to be more visibke. Don't even know if they even ever went to see the construction. They took contractors word for everything.
