Got back to me quickly, and apologize when he couldn't. Was very helpful with anxiety on buying my first house. The processor was terrible and was not too terribly helpful.
Henrik Arndt walked us through the process, clearly providing information along the way, and was always available to ask questions and connect us to the correct people.

Anne the loan processor was the worst person I have ever dealt with when buying a home. Poor communication and not very good at her job.
Henrik was always available by e-mail or phone to answer any questions I had. The Loan Processor was good. Loan closer was ok.
We had difficulties with the appraisal process however the team ultimately got a very quick turnaround once the appraisal was placed.
