Easy to work with and good communication.
Henrik was very knowledgeable and helpful along the way. Due to the circumstances it took longer than typically to process our loan, we appreciate the support along the way.
Probably this was not entirely on Henrik's control, but there were many changes to the final loan disclosure that were a bit confusing and ended up approving the loan right on the edge of the closing date.
The communication between Henrik, his team, and myself was clear and prompt. They assisted me with any questions I had and the whole process was stress-free! I appreciate all of the help!
