Great customer service and technical expertise.
Heike kept us well-informed throughout the entire process of loan request and approval. She extremely knowledgeable regarding the details of VA loans, which helped greatly in putting our minds at ease as we navigated this process.
Heike was incredibly informative and helpful - absolutely recommend her and appreciate all she did to walk us through what could have been a very confusing process.
Heike was quick to calculate the exact monthly payments on each of the homes we went to see, including the taxes and homeowners insurance. Knowing what the payments would be, enabled us to go ahead and purchase the home!
