Lots of follow up. Very responsive with questions i would have. And made the process easy for me.
Communication, quic responses and checking in from time to time.
Hector has great communication and is verybpassionate about his job and making sure we got the best prices and best experience .
Hector answered any of our calls or texts promptly when we had any quesrions questions or concerns. He also drove several hours to be at our closing with us and answered our questions there, too.
