We have dealt with Heather since we completed our first home loan. She is very friendly and professional. I would have only liked to get a few more updates in the last stages of the process. We had to reach out and see what was the hold up.
Constant communication, always quick responses, very knowledgeable, kind and just an all around pleasure to work with.
