There was a lot of confusion and things being rushed. Didn’t seem as organized as it could have been. Everything did go as planned, just not a lot of heads up on certain items and misinformation on other items
Since I just went through the process a year ago, I had less questions this time but Heather is always quick to respond. If she can't respond quickly she lets you know that she is busy and gives you a time that she will get back to you.
