This was by far the easiest loan process and mortgage closing I’ve ever had. Heather was phenomenal. Always had the information I needed. Was very proactive. She anticipated our needs and acted promptly.

Resolving rate issues took forever, first it was waiting on boss to review, then it was the rating group. Signing blank forms was another issue.

This is the 4th house we have purchased since 2015. Working with Heather was fantastic. Heather was already providing guidance to us that we have had to pull out of our previous lenders.
