Heather was wonderful. She never was annoyed with our million and one questions or constantly asking about rates. She was ALWAYS pleasant and kind. We are grateful she made a stressful process a little bit easier on us.

The overall process was long. Communication could have been better but my Processor Addie Hoffman was wonderful and soooo helpful.
