Everything was explained clearly
persistent and meticulous
Continuous communication and regular check-ins when I was being less responsive. Both were tremendously helpful in moving the process forward.
I always knew what to expect, and what was needed from me. Communication, which is so important in this process of refinancing, was exemplary!
We were requested to provide the same documents several times. The process could be streamlined.
