HAVEN WAS EXCELLENT! HE SEEMED TO REALLY CARE ABOUT MY WELL BEING. I NEVER FELT LIKE I WAS A BOTHER. HE ALWAYS ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE I FULLY UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS GOING ON.
Haven communicated very well with us. He made sure we were up to speed on any paperwork we may still need to submit, any hiccups that may present themselves and he was very responsive to my questions.
