Attentiveness by the whole staff and everyone always making sure to explain everything to me so I was aware of all steps taking place. Everyone was always accessible as well.
Hassan was very supportive on helping my family make a decision. As well there having a listening ear to all our questions and answering. He was a cheerleader when we had doubt or felt unease. I thank God for him.
