I realize that Covid impacted my loan delay, but there were other delays that I feel could have been avoided. It should not have taken a year for this loan to go through.
If the Processing and Underwriting departments had been more professional and understood how to handle both POA and a Trust. They failed.
Just the ability to have fast and clear communication. The process was very easy and there where multiple solutions too fit my need I would like to thank Harvy Sussman he was great .
Harvey answered and patiently answered all of my question .. along with returning my calls when needed … Charlotte Warwick Also was of great help along the way.
Harvey was great to work with. He responded very quickly to my questions, and explained clearly to me, items I was unsure of. Excellent service and very much enjoyed working with Harvey.
