Communication was next to nonexistent even when problems on the lenders side arose. These issues caused delays to COE and no one from Nova communicated anything until last minute
You guys were truly amazing, helpful and supportive through out this whole process which took a long time but was definitely worth it. Thank you guys so much!
It was a fast and easy process. Any questions I had were answered quickly and completely. I was always informed on the status of my loan.
Hannah was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Her team was always patient with us and were always available to help us understand and navigate documents.
