The process was very easy and didn't take a long time. I do think it would be easier just to electronically transfer the money into my account and let me pay each bill so I can pay exactly what is owed rather than having to wait for a refund,...

I felt that I was blind sided by the $500 non-refundable fee which is the only reason that I went through with the loan. The interest rate was too high for my credit score and it took too long to complete the process.
