Great experience and great communication with Guy and his team.
Guy was the absolute best! He made the whole process as easy as possible. He consistently communicated and made it easy to pass on Bank of America who was also competing for the loan.

Attentive and extremely professional. First rate experience.
Loan officer was excellent
Loan processor seemed to continue requesting information and not in a timely way.
Appraiser was delayed because of holiday travels and was also late completing appraisal.
Guy was very helpful and informative and the whole experience was pleasant.
