Very little money out of pocket, Greg was very helpful and babysat me without sounding frustrated 🙂 Had troubles with getting on e signing web sight, overall great job by Greg and team!
Greg was very helpful and easy to work with, but with a 2-month closing period, there was no excuse for a multi-day delay right at the end waiting on loan docs.
