very efficient
Personal involvement and level of expertise.
The only downside was the number of hoops Mutual made us jump through. No matter what we provided, it was never enough.
Plenty of unanticipated complications from my side. Greg guided me through documentation needed to resolve them. at the end of the day, my loan closed at the proposed time.
Greg and his team made the process so easy.. great communication!
