Although our individual agent was great the system behind him left a lot to question. This process went almost 4 months with our closing over 4 weeks past what was discussed. Not acceptable! Payoff checks were lost and had to be re issued.

Chris Roberts was awesome to deal with great communication and straight forward I would recommend him and contour mortgage to anyone will definitely do business with him in the future if needed A++++++ service
