The explanations of the process each step of the way and as my notary put it, which I totally agree with, " out of all of her jobs,
you people were the nicest to work with."
There was a lot of follow up that I felt should have been done without me reaching out. More proactive with updates, and pending items needed from me. But Gregg did respond but missed a couple of dates that he promised to get back with me.
He was very responsive to my calls and questions.
