Greg has excellent followup and is always available to answer questions.

Communication between Greg and staff was excellent. I was kept abreast of all the steps in the process of securing the loan. Chris Webber provided great advice throughout the application process.

The overall experience was long. I would have liked not changing loan officers, and not having to do the paperwork for a house several times.
