Greg gave great advice on how to deal with the currently high mortgage rates. He alerted us to some tax benefits as well, which will lower our monthly mortgage payment substantially.

Greg was an amazing resource for my wife and I as first time home buyers. He was patient and most importantly prompt. Don't waste your time with a traditional bank go to Greg!
