The sellers agent generated a lot of conflict up to and through closing. This did not make for a comfortable, mutually beneficial environment for navigating a complex process.

Loan docs were not ready on time and escrow closed one day late, which caused additional stress. I believe the delay was due in part to a federal holiday and the required loan rescission period.
