Closed out very fast and kept me in the loop for all events. Provided valuable insight into the whole process.

In the end, when we thought that it was not going to be achieved, he found the solution and everything was possible.

His communication and availability.

Greg was unresponsive to real estate agent. Had to follow up several times for answers. Also did not submit docs of clients on time and delayed closing. Overall poor experience for my client and myself.

I have never in Business or Personal dealings, experience the level of Support and Service like I experienced with Greg. Firstly, he was always positive and a problem-solver. Never someone hindered by any of the stumbling blocks that arise...

Very good communication

Don’t switch underwriters in middle of loan, after having given the pre-approval. Also, too many documents asked for at last minute, that delayed the process and almost cost me the house.
