Easy, prompt communication. No question went unanswered. Patient and timely process.
Even though some elements of processing were delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the job got done.

About
I was born and raised in Iowa and moved to the Kansas City area when I was 12. After high school, I proudly served in the Army Reserves before beginning my professional career. Sports have always been a big part of my life—I enjoy both playing and watching tennis, baseball, basketball, and football. I have two adult children and love spending quality time with family and friends, whether it’s at a concert, a sporting event, or exploring new places. Some of our favorite vacation spots include Orlando, Hilton Head, and Cape Cod.
