The process was very efficient
Communication was great. We always knew what to expect and were constantly informed. Whenever we had a question, it was answered promptly.
Greg and the team are always beyond helpful. This is my second time working with them and I continue to be impressed. I trust them and know they will guide me along the best path for my needs. I recommend them and will continue to do so.
Persistent personal attention and follow ups so that the borrower ism comfortable. Providing different options and explaining the differences. Finally, Greg gave me a lower interest rate than the rate I locked up.
Everything was quick and easy from uploading the documents to the final signing of the new contract. Never had to leave home throughout our entire experience. Thanks again for all of your help.

Being a first time home buyer, I am not familiar with the process and during one of our initial phone discussions, when I was asking Greg questions, he became angry and said "LISTEN to me!" which I thought was rude. Communication was poor....
