Constant communication between the Fairway team and myself. They kept me informed about what I needed to provide and the steps along the way. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
Loved the communication during the refinance process. Answered my question in a timely manner. And was able to explain easily my questions.
Very efficient, questions were answered quickly and completely, and next steps were clearly explained.
I was in a tight spot during the loan process. We had to let our original mortgage lender go due to complications. With that situation Greg and his team understood our situation and from the beginning to the end, the process to them 1 week...
