I was able to lock my rate. I could always get someone to answer the phone.
The Acero Team did it again! They are my only thought when thinking of a new mortgage or refinance needs.
More info/assistance for a first time buyer. E.g. I had to discover the NIFA loan on my own; that should be something you tell first timers about to get a lower rate. Also, I was unaware that the closing costs were supposed to be wired prior...
