Flat Branch was great to work with. Was on top of all the paperwork and items that they needed for closing. Highly recommend them. They were professional, prompt, and answered all my questions.
Grant was great and very knowledgeable as well helpful during the process. Some of the communication from an assistant was a bit lack luster and didnt seem to be on queue with Grant. Thank you for all of the help and guidance Grant.
