Grant is very relatable and genuine. He doesn't make you feel like you're just another customer or transaction. He makes you feel like you matter and your case is important.
We had a few obstacles with the buyers credit history along with the sellers being a little complicated, with Grant's great communication and drive to make the deal work he was able to take each problem and find a solution!
Grant was great to work with and always made sure to answer our questions in a timely manner and keep us updated throughout the process . I would highly recommend him!
