    Certain requests for paper documentation was forgot/disregarded at the time of closing. All other requests (prior to closing arrangements) where accommodated promptly.

    Gosha was very helpful and responsive from the get go- she got us into a home in ~30 days, from preapproval to close. She was very understanding and helpful with our first-time homebuyer questions. Could not recommend her more!
