The preapproval letter provided to the buyers for their offer on my listing did not mention that the financing was relying on $175K of Gift Funds.

Glenn was born in Cape Town, South Africa & grew up in Virginia Beach, VA. He now lives in Bethesda (MD) with his wife and two amazing kids. He loves running, playing golf, playing basketball games & being anywhere near the beach.
