Closing with your team is always a fantastic experience. Buyers feel informed and prepared and as an agent, I know it's always going to be a 5 Star transaction process.
Communication and the process that you got my buyer approved. loan approval removed as a contingency as it was completed before writing an offer. No 11th hour surprises.
