Gerald, ALWAYS, returned my calls. He answered any questions that I had; he was professional, but personable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends.
In a process that turned out to be very involved, confusing and frustrating, I found Mr. Lee to be extremely patient and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable of the resources needed to bring a traumatic ordeal to a peaceful conclusion.
